SAMANTHA WAGNER
Occupational Therapist
Samantha is a Certified Hand Therapist. At OneSite Therapy, Samantha operates with great latitude in terms of treatment time spent with patients, navigating insurance constraints, accommodating financial hardship, and utilizing abundant resources in the form of custom splints and prefabricated braces. Her schedule is flexible and she has been known to work with you after your work day is through.

Sam prides herself in providing patients with a one of a kind environment conducive to healing mixed in with a good sense of humor. She would challenge you to see the difference for yourself!

ANDREW DAVIS
Physical Therapist
Andrew earned his Doctors in Physical Therapy from Wingate University in 2008. Andrew treats a wide range of patients with an array of conditions from low back pain to sports injuries. He utilizes a whole body approach while incorporating evidence-based research into each treatment session.
For Andrew, the most rewarding part of being a physical therapist is seeing his patients successfully return to their prior level of function. When he’s not at the clinic helping his patients get better, he enjoys watching and playing hockey and spending time outside with his dog.

CATHERINE CRAWFORD
Occupational Therapist
Catherine specializes in the treatment of conditions affecting the hands and upper extremity, including overuse, trauma, and disease. She also has a passion for lymphedema management through Complete Decongestive Therapy. She uses evidence-based treatment and a client-centered approach to improve her patients’ function and quality of life.
Training: Master of Occupational Therapy from Temple University

DEBRA SCHAFER
Physical Therapist
Debra works primarily with orthopedic patients, but she is also experienced with sports injuries, vestibular issues, and Parkinson’s patients. Before starting at OneSite Therapy, she worked in hospital and travel settings, providing expert care to orthopedic patients as well as some cardiovascular, neurology, and ICU patients.
Debra prides herself on providing patient-driven care with integrity and honesty. The most rewarding part of being a PT is watching her patients make functional gains and complete their goals.
In her free time, Debra enjoys swimming, trying new restaurants and bars, and exploring all that her new city, Charlotte, has to offer.
