Our prices are dependent on treatment time, not treatment type, and are customized to your unique and changing needs. At the end of each treatment, you will be provided with a hard copy or emailed receipt with the necessary information to claim your therapeutic treatment through your benefits plan. Better yet, bring in your insurance card and we'll bill your treatment directly.
When you make an appointment with us, that time is reserved especially for you. Because of this, we hold a firm 24 hour cancellation policy. Please familiarize yourself with it:
24-hours notice is required should you need to cancel or change your appointment. Missed appointments and appointments cancelled within 24 hours of your treatment time will be charged a flat-fee of $50 collected before your next treatment.
No matter the reason or time, please inform us of your decision so we can make the necessary changes. You can reach us at the clinic by email or phone, or you can text your therapist to let them know directly.
Appointments made within 24 hours of treatment time are considered confirmed and changes are subject to a cancellation fee of $50.
